Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of operational staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an operations role, with at least 3 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and workflow management.

• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Proficiency in relevant operational software and Microsoft Office Suite.
