Out-of-Hours GP Rota Coordinator

NHS Lothian is seeking a Rota Co-ordinator to plan and manage the GP out of hours rota for the Lothian out of hours service, working 8am–4pm. You will liaise with clinicians and managers, build rotas, ensure full staffing, and raise issues promptly to the BSM.

You will attend twice weekly rota meetings, produce timely analyses of clinical cover, maintain Rotamaster, support data requests, and help plan for future rotas while safeguarding service continuity and performance.
