Outbound Supply Chain Team Lead - Drive Efficiency

Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a Team Leader – Outbound Supply Chain in Alfreton to drive the smooth flow of products through our outbound operation.

This hands-on role links warehouse colleagues with the Department Shift Manager to ensure timely, accurate departures. You will lead and develop a small team, manage labour and rota planning, and coach colleagues to meet daily requirements while upholding health and safety, food safety and quality standards.
