Our client is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Outdoor Adventure Guides to lead thrilling excursions in and around the stunning landscapes near Leeds . This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the outdoors, safety, and sharing their knowledge with others. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of participants on various activities such as hiking, climbing, and kayaking. Key Responsibilities

• Lead groups of varying sizes on outdoor expeditions, ensuring safety and providing informative commentary.
• Assess and manage risks associated with outdoor activities, implementing emergency procedures when necessary.
• Provide instruction on equipment use, techniques, and environmental awareness.
• Maintain equipment in good working order and report any issues promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring participants have a positive and memorable experience.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.

Requirements

• Certified Wilderness First Responder (WFR) or equivalent first aid certification.
• Demonstrable experience in leading outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, or water sports.
• Strong knowledge of local geography, flora, and fauna.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions in Leeds surroundings.
