The Role

As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle refinishing work, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to the required standard.

• Prepare vehicles and panels for the painting process
• Carry out high-quality paint spraying and refinishing
• Complete preparation, masking and finishing work
• Achieve accurate colour matching and consistent paint finishes
• Inspect completed work to ensure required quality standards are met
• Complete repairs efficiently and within agreed timescales
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and workmanship

About You

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician
• Proven experience within an automotive Bodyshop environment
• Strong vehicle refinishing and paint preparation skills
• Good understanding of modern paint systems and refinishing techniques
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
• Reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a team
