Paraplanning Team Lead — Hybrid (Bristol/Cardiff)

Reed is seeking an experienced Paraplanning Team Leader to join a growing wealth management business. Based in Bristol/Cardiff, you will lead a multi-site team of paraplanners, driving productivity, quality and development.

You will conduct regular performance reviews, manage workload and resource planning, and ensure FCA compliance and high standards of output while fostering strong relationships with Financial Planners and Client Support teams. Hybrid working applies.
