Part-Time Facilities & Guest Experience Coordinator

CBRE GlobalWorkplace Solutions on site in Birkenhead is seeking a Part time Facilities Coordinator to manage front-of-house duties, welcome guests and support general FM tasks. The role involves coordinating with security, handling visitor management and assigning reactive work orders in Spacewell.

You will process CAWS approvals, oversee meeting room readiness including IT/AV, and maintain site calendars while supporting health and safety initiatives and post/mail duties as needed.
