Part-Time Maintenance Technician – Student Housing

Homes for Students is the UK's leading provider of student accommodation. We currently have a vacancy for a Maintenance Operative at our The Sail Works property in Lancaster working 20 hours per week, 9.00am to 1.00pm Monday to Friday.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, ensure statutory compliance, report issues, and respond with minimal supervision. The role involves liaising with suppliers and contractors to maintain high standards and drive a quality customer experience.
