Part-Time Retail Shop Lead – Growth & Community Impact

Big C is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our King's Lynn shop. This 21-hour-per-week role involves leading a growing team of staff and volunteers, delivering strong retail sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

You'll support the Shop Manager, oversee stock, displays and donations, help manage resources and budgets, and encourage local community involvement to drive the shop’s success while upholding Big C’s values.
