SEN Teacher
Slough | Part - Time
Prospero Teaching is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teachers to join a welcoming and well-supported Special Educational Needs school in Slough.
Due to continued growth and increasing student numbers, the school has multiple teaching vacancies available across various age groups and key stages. The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs.
These opportunities are suitable for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced SEN professionals looking to further their career within specialist education.
The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of your students. You will work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to ensure all pupils receive the support they need to make progress academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons Supporting students with a range of special educational needs Implementing EHCP targets within daily teaching practice Promoting positive behaviour and student wellbeing Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Location: Slough Position: SEN Teacher Start Date: Immediate and ongoing vacancies available Part -Time: Yes Pay Rate: Competitive daily rate, dependent on experience and qualifications
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification Experience teaching within an SEN, specialist, or mainstream setting Strong understanding of additional needs, including Autism, SEMH, SLD, or MLD Excellent classroom management and communication skills A flexible, positive, and proactive approach to teaching Up-to-date Safeguarding Training (or willingness to complete training)
To Be Eligible For This Role Through Prospero Teaching, You Must:
Hold the Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one Provide two professional references covering the last two years Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
