About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and prioritise potential strategic partners, including corporations, foundations, and other non-profits aligned with the charity's mission.
• Develop compelling proposals and pitches to secure new partnerships, clearly articulating the mutual benefits and impact.
• Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and support.
• Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement joint initiatives and campaigns that maximise partner engagement and impact.
• Represent the organisation at relevant industry events and conferences to build networks and raise the charity's profile.

Requirements

• Proven track record in partnership development, business development, or fundraising, with a strong emphasis on corporate and foundation relations.
• Demonstrated success in securing and managing high-value partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify market opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a diverse portfolio of relationships in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with international development, global health, or humanitarian aid sectors is highly desirable.
