Partnership Development Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and cultivate potential corporate, foundation, and institutional partners.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the interests and CSR objectives of prospective partners.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee the stewardship of existing partners, ensuring strong relationships and continued engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with organizational goals and programmatic needs.
• Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven track record in business development, partnership management, or fundraising, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
• Experience in managing complex relationships and delivering on partnership commitments.
• A deep understanding of the Charity & Voluntary sector and a passion for social impact.
