About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential strategic partners, including corporations, foundations, and community groups.
• Develop and execute strategies for building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage existing partnerships, providing excellent stewardship and identifying opportunities for deepened engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of partnership commitments and benefits.
• Represent the organization at external events and networking opportunities to promote partnerships.

Requirements

• Proven track record in partnership development , business development, or corporate social responsibility roles.
• Demonstrated success in identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the non-profit sector and fundraising principles.
• Ability to work strategically and independently in a hybrid environment .
• Experience in developing compelling proposals and reporting on partnership outcomes.
