About the Role
Our client, a vital organisation within the Charity & Voluntary sector, is looking for an experienced Partnership Development Manager to join their growing team in Belfast . This strategic role focuses on identifying, nurturing, and expanding relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and major donors to secure sustainable funding and support for our client's mission. You will be instrumental in developing compelling proposals and fostering collaborative initiatives that align with both our charitable goals and the strategic objectives of our partners. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new corporate, foundation, and major donor partnerships in and around Belfast .
- Develop and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective partners.
- Manage and grow existing strategic relationships, ensuring partner satisfaction and maximising long-term value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design bespoke partnership opportunities and impact reports.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organisational policies and objectives.
- Represent the organisation at networking events, conferences, and meetings to raise profile and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven track record in corporate fundraising, business development, or partnership management, ideally within the Charity & Voluntary sector.
- Demonstrated success in securing significant funding or strategic partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the corporate social responsibility landscape.
- Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and meet ambitious targets.
- Experience in developing compelling proposals and managing complex relationships.
