About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and approach potential corporate, foundation, and community partners.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective partners' interests and our client's needs.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring clear objectives and deliverables.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership projects.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, ROI, and impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or fundraising, preferably within the charity sector.
- Demonstrable success in securing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility and philanthropic trends.
- Ability to develop creative and mutually beneficial partnership proposals.
- A proactive approach and passion for working within a charitable organisation in Reading .
