Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential strategic partners aligned with the charity's mission and objectives.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for cultivating and managing corporate and institutional partnerships.
• Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements, ensuring clear terms and mutual benefit.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key contacts within partner organisations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored partnership proposals and engagement plans.
• Monitor partnership performance, measure impact, and report on key metrics.
• Represent the charity at relevant networking events and forums.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or corporate relations, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Demonstrated success in identifying, nurturing, and closing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the corporate social responsibility landscape.
• Ability to work independently, manage a diverse pipeline, and achieve targets in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
