Partnerships Manager - Scotland

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Partnerships Manager to lead their partnership development efforts across Scotland , operating in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and other organisations to generate sustainable income and enhance the charity's reach and impact. This role requires a skilled networker with a strong commercial acumen and a deep commitment to the charity sector , driving mutual value and positive social outcomes from a distance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with businesses, foundations, and other organisations.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations to secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
• Manage and grow existing relationships, ensuring partner satisfaction and continued engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with organisational goals.
• Represent the organisation at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.

Requirements

• Proven track record in business development, corporate partnerships, or fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector .
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the corporate social responsibility landscape.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage a diverse portfolio of partners.
• Excellent strategic thinking and relationship management capabilities.
