About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Partnerships Manager to expand their network and collaborations in Reading . This hybrid role offers a compelling mix of remote work and essential in-person meetings, enabling you to cultivate strong external relationships while maintaining flexibility. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with businesses, community groups, and other organisations to further the charity's mission and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and cultivate new strategic partnership opportunities aligned with the charity's goals.
- Develop and negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and clear objectives.
- Manage and nurture existing partner relationships, fostering long-term engagement and collaboration.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop integrated partnership strategies and campaigns.
- Represent the charity at networking events and industry conferences to promote collaborations.
- Monitor the performance of partnerships and report on their impact and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnerships management, business development, or relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote capacity and adept at in-person collaboration and networking in Reading .
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
