Partnerships Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and proactive Partnerships Manager to join their expanding team, operating remotely from Wolverhampton . This role is critical in forging and strengthening strategic alliances with corporate partners, community groups, and other non-profit organizations to amplify our reach and impact. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and nurturing relationships that drive mutual benefit and support our charitable objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key strategic partners, including corporations, foundations, and community organizations.
• Develop tailored partnership proposals and agreements that align with both partner interests and the charity's goals.
• Negotiate terms and conditions for partnerships, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee the implementation and delivery of partnership projects, ensuring successful outcomes and reporting.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, presentations, and events (virtual and in-person when appropriate) for partners.
• Monitor the partnership landscape to identify new opportunities and potential collaborators.
• Represent the organization at external events and conferences to promote its work and build its profile.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, ideally within the charity or corporate sector.
• Exceptional networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .
• Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and philanthropic landscapes.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in developing compelling proposals and presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote work environment.
