Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

We’re recruiting for an experienced Parts Controller to join a busy materials handling operation in Grantham.

The Role

• Sourcing and ordering parts for material handling equipment

• Managing stock, purchase orders and sales enquiries

• Liaising with suppliers to ensure parts are available when needed

• Coordinating urgent parts deliveries to service engineers

• Maintaining accurate stock records and processing returns

• Supporting the service team to minimise equipment downtime

• Providing excellent customer service to engineers and customers

About You

• Previous parts experience within forklift, plant, automotive, agricultural or industrial equipment

• Good knowledge of spare parts and part-number identification

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Good IT skills and experience using stock management systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively
