Parts Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive dealership in Bristol for an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual with a strong background in automotive parts operations and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Parts Department
• Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory levels
• Lead and motivate the parts team to achieve departmental targets
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
• Monitor department performance and profitability

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Parts Supervisor within the motor trade
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts operations
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Full UK driving licence preferred What’s on Offer:
