Pathway to Teaching: Classroom Learning Coach

Milk Education is seeking a proactive Classroom Learning Coach to support pupils across EYFS to KS2 in welcoming Primary Schools, starting in September. This entry role is ideal for graduates seeking school-based experience before training for teaching, psychology, or SEND careers.

You’ll work with teachers delivering engaging lessons, supporting reading, writing and maths, and helping pupils build confidence and independence in a safe, inclusive setting.
