Patient Care Navigator & Front Desk Specialist

Omnes Healthcare is seeking a patient health care navigator to join our Greenwich team, based in a GP surgery. You will handle inbound and outbound patient calls and deliver a high-quality administrative service to support NHS Primary Medical Services.

This role requires autonomy, confidentiality, empathy and tact, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Full or part-time hours are available with a 40-hour equivalence.
