Patient Experience Advisor | Hybrid UK Role

Pharmacy2U is seeking a Patient Advisor in London with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the office). The role includes delivering a discreet, responsive service to patients and prioritising safety with high standards of care.

You will join a fast-paced, patient-centric team and handle enquiries via telephone and secure messaging, ensuring first-contact resolution where possible. Training lasts 6–8 weeks in-office before transitioning to hybrid work.
