Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring all employee data is up-to-date.
- Calculate and process statutory deductions, such as tax and National Insurance.
- Manage employee queries relating to payroll, pensions, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with current payroll legislation, HMRC requirements, and company policies.
- Assist with the administration of the company's pension scheme.
- Prepare payroll reports for management and relevant authorities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency with payroll software and HR information systems.
- Good understanding of PAYE, National Insurance, and other payroll-related regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
