Job ref: EG /65252

• An opportunity has arisen for a People & Systems Coordinator to join an established HR function, with a particular focus on HR systems management, data integrity and process improvement.
• The position plays a central role in the effective operation and ongoing development of CIPHR, the company's HR information system. Responsibilities include system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, user support and identifying opportunities to improve functionality, streamline processes and enhance the overall user experience.
• Beyond the day-to-day maintenance of the system, the role requires a proactive approach to understanding how HR processes operate, resolving issues and implementing practical improvements that support both employees and managers.

Additional responsibilities include supporting company communications and general site administration.
• This is a varied role in a busy and supportive HR team, with plenty of opportunities to get involved in different areas of the business. Priorities can change quickly, so you’ll need to be organised, adaptable and comfortable juggling several tasks, while still maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.
• Working closely with the HR Manager and wider business, the People & Systems Coordinator will act as a key point of contact for HR systems and processes, combining technical confidence with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
