People Operations Coordinator — Staffing & Compliance

Pret A Manger is hiring a People Coordinator to act as the operational heartbeat of the People Team. You will help ensure shops stay staffed and compliant by managing workflows, records and policies in Workday and ServiceNow, while supporting managers and partners across our network.

In this role you’ll contribute to a culture of inclusion, growth and excellent customer service, helping the business scale as it continues to expand its footprint across the UK and beyond.
