Job Description
Bioptimus is building the first universal AI foundation model for biology and is seeking a proactive People Operations Lead to shape our people function in a lean, hybrid setup.
You will own contracting, payroll, onboarding, policies, performance reviews, and coaching managers through tough people moments, reporting to the COO. Part-time, with growth toward a broader leadership role as the company scales.
