Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies across all HR operations.
• Administer and optimize HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR technologies.
• Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives related to employee engagement and development.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR operational queries.
• Develop and maintain HR documentation, guides, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar HR generalist role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS implementation and administration, preferably in a remote setting.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR software and cloud-based collaboration tools.
