The role

You'll lead a team supporting managers and employees across the wider employee lifecycle, ensuring day-to-day HR activity runs smoothly while helping evolve the way services are delivered.

Play an active role in an ongoing transformation programme, supporting the implementation of improved processes and service delivery. Partner with specialist HR teams across areas such as Reward, Talent and Organisational Effectiveness. Review existing ways of working, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and the employee experience. Use feedback and operational insights to identify service improvements and support effective decision-making.

About you

You'll be an established HR leader who can balance operational delivery with broader business priorities and continuous improvement.

You'll ideally bring:

Experience leading an HR, People Partnering or People Services team. Broad generalist HR knowledge across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations. Experience working with senior stakeholders in a complex organisation. An ability to lead teams through change and maintain effective service delivery. Experience contributing to projects, process improvements or transformation initiatives. Strong communication, influencing and organisational skills.
