Coordinate work packages and support the organisation and prioritisation of delivery activities. Help manage workload across delivery teams, ensuring responsibilities are distributed effectively. Provide PMO-style support to reduce the administrative and coordination burden on Sol. Support executive-level reporting, updates and the preparation of relevant delivery materials. Work with stakeholders to develop a clearer understanding of the end-to-end customer journey and how the new platform will support it.
