Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media networks.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to bidding, targeting, and creative to optimize results.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
• Proven experience managing paid search (PPC) and paid social campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
