Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, tracking key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management to maximize campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve campaign results.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Executive or in a similar paid media role.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and social media advertising interfaces.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively in a hybrid work environment.
