This role focuses on driving measurable results through paid advertising channels, including search, social, and display. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators such as customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and conversion rates. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to targeting, bids, creative, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
- Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, ideally within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR).
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
