This role focuses on optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive measurable results, such as conversions, leads, and sales. You will be responsible for managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing strategies to improve ROI across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media, and display networks.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance and achieve ROI targets.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and generate regular reports on key metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure ad creatives are compelling and aligned with campaign objectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid search (PPC) and social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience with bid management platforms and ad optimization techniques.
- Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
