Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including search, display, and social media.

- Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are aligned and high-performing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in a performance marketing role.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
