About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead their paid acquisition efforts in a fully remote capacity. This role is crucial for driving measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid channels. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven campaigns across various platforms to achieve aggressive performance targets. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and other relevant channels.
- Manage campaign budgets meticulously, ensuring optimal spend allocation to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure high-quality, compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role focused on paid acquisition.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and ad platform reporting interfaces.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent understanding of customer acquisition funnels and lifetime value (LTV) metrics.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a remote team environment.
