About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to lead their paid acquisition efforts in Bristol . This role is pivotal in driving measurable growth through paid search, paid social, and other performance-focused channels. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing campaigns with the primary goal of achieving specific, quantifiable results like leads, sales, or customer acquisition targets. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, adept at budget management, and possesses a deep understanding of various digital advertising platforms and their performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated performance marketing strategies across multiple paid channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social platforms.
• Manage and optimize significant advertising budgets to achieve target CPA, ROAS, and other key performance indicators.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve performance.
• Oversee the creation and testing of ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with other marketing functions, such as SEO, content, and analytics, to ensure a cohesive and effective digital marketing ecosystem.
• Stay current with industry best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends in digital advertising.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar paid acquisition role.
• Deep expertise in managing paid search (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid social media advertising and its role in the customer acquisition funnel.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and attribution modeling.
