About the Role
Our client is seeking an analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead their paid acquisition efforts from their Leeds office. This role is integral to driving measurable growth through performance-based channels, including paid search, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing. You will be responsible for developing strategies, managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance data to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate thrives in a data-intensive environment, possesses a deep understanding of performance marketing platforms, and is passionate about achieving tangible business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various channels (SEM, Social Ads, Display, Affiliate).
- Manage significant advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis, monitoring key metrics and identifying trends to optimize campaigns for better results.
- Implement A/B testing and other experimental approaches to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and new opportunities in performance marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid acquisition.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in managing substantial advertising budgets and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
