About the Role
Our client is searching for an experienced and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to drive measurable growth through paid channels in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid advertising efforts, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV). This is a critical role for an individual passionate about data-driven marketing, who thrives in a self-directed environment and can significantly impact the company's growth trajectory through sophisticated campaign management and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid media strategies across search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and display advertising networks.
- Optimize campaign budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives for maximum performance and efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage relationships with ad platform representatives and explore new advertising opportunities.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing large-scale paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media ad platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
