About the Role
Our client is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead their paid acquisition strategies. This role is fully remote, offering a flexible work environment for candidates across the UK, and is anchored by their operational presence in Sheffield, South Yorkshire . You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-impact paid media campaigns across search, social, and display channels to drive customer acquisition and achieve aggressive growth targets. This is a critical position for a seasoned performance marketer who thrives on data analysis and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), playing a key role in the company's rapid expansion in a remote-first setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive performance marketing strategies across PPC, social media advertising, display, and affiliate channels.
- Oversee daily management of paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and targeting optimization.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign improvement to maximize ROAS.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking, A/B testing, and other measurement methodologies.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and creatives tailored to specific audience segments.
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging platforms, and evolving ad technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and ROI.
- Proven success in managing significant advertising budgets across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Expertise in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and attribution modeling.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, essential for a remote -based role.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business results through paid digital channels.
