About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead their paid advertising efforts from a remote position. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven performance marketing strategies across paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate channels. You will manage substantial budgets, conduct A/B testing, and continuously seek opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and ROI. This is a critical role for a performance marketing expert looking to make a significant impact on customer acquisition and revenue growth in a flexible, remote work setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Manage and optimize significant advertising budgets to achieve aggressive CPA, ROAS, and lead generation targets.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement A/B tests for ad creative, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad copy and visuals.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing and recommend innovative approaches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid media channels.
- Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering measurable results in customer acquisition and ROI.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a quantitative field.
