About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join their fully remote team, overseeing campaigns for their Liverpool -based operations. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels to achieve specific performance goals, such as customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of paid media platforms, and a passion for driving measurable business outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned marketer to take ownership of significant campaigns in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid media strategies across channels like Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and display networks.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to maximize campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and budget allocation.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in managing paid acquisition campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of major paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
