Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and display networks.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to improve campaign targeting and efficiency.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal spend and performance.
• Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Google Analytics.
• Excellent understanding of key performance marketing metrics and strategies.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable optimization tactics.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
