This role is central to driving measurable growth through paid digital channels, including PPC, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns that deliver strong ROI and achieve key business objectives such as lead generation and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and various social media advertising networks (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting to ensure campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to maximize conversion rates and campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
- Generate regular performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Performance Marketing Specialist or in a similar paid media role.
- Demonstrable success in managing and optimizing paid search (PPC) and paid social media campaigns.
- Strong proficiency with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Expertise in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
