You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across search, social, and display networks to achieve key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and other relevant channels.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize campaign ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and implementing data-driven adjustments.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring spend is allocated to the most productive channels and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with campaign goals.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce advertising.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing paid acquisition campaigns with significant budgets.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate campaign strategies and results clearly.
