About the Role
Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting initiatives for the Bristol region. This role is focused on planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive measurable results, such as lead generation and customer acquisition. You will be responsible for managing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented marketer to contribute significantly in a remote capacity, leveraging their expertise in paid media to achieve key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation to ensure campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and identifying areas for improvement.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to enhance campaign performance.
- Generate detailed performance reports, providing insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, PPC, and paid social media advertising.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns with significant budgets.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Experience with bid management and campaign optimization techniques.
- Excellent understanding of marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
