About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team in a fully remote capacity, serving clients across the UK. This role is focused on planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels to achieve measurable business objectives, such as lead generation and sales conversions. You will be instrumental in driving measurable growth through meticulous campaign management, data analysis, and continuous optimization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and implement optimizations to improve results.
- Create compelling ad copy and landing page content in collaboration with content and design teams.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid search (PPC), and paid social media advertising.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and major social media advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns effectively in a remote environment .
