We are working with a highly regarded and well-established regional law firm looking to recruit a Personal Injury Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive to join its team in Lincoln.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a recognised Personal Injury department with a strong reputation for client care, quality legal advice and successful outcomes.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

Managing a caseload of claimant personal injury matters. Experienced in Family Law withing Care Proceedings and Private Children Matters Progressing Fast Track and Intermediate Track matters. Assisting with more complex multi-track cases where appropriate. Providing clear, practical legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships. Negotiating settlements and progressing claims effectively. Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in accordance with relevant procedures and deadlines. Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to the continued success of the department. Within this position, you’ll also be:

Experienced managing a claimant personal injury caseload. Knowledgeable of Employers' Liability, Public Liability and RTA claims. Combining technical knowledge with a strong understanding personal injury claims process. Providing excellent communication and client relationship skills Providing clear, practical and empathetic legal advice throughout the process. Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent standard of client service. Salary & Benefits
