Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and digital communications to advise customers on personal insurance products .
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate policies, including home, car, and travel insurance.
• Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions clearly and concisely.
• Process new business applications, renewals, and policy amendments accurately.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide solutions to issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the insurance sector .
• A good understanding of personal lines insurance products is beneficial.
